Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance and customer support for our access control and biometric products.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to access control and biometric products.
• Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain records of customer queries and resolutions.
• Provide product guidance and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and Bengali.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with access control or biometric products will be an advantage.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
